Yankee Rowing Club members are passionate about accessing and celebrating the Connecticut River. We are thrilled to support AOA’s important mission. In support of this year’s Virtual Challenge, our individual rowers, who range from teenagers to seniors, will log three straight days of our collective kilometers along the South Hadley to Hatfield stretch of the Connecticut, and we will donate as a way of saying thank you to AOA for helping more of our friends and neighbors remain active and on the water.

Typically each year, All Out Adventures holds the Kayak-a-thon, a signature fundraising event that raised close to $50,000 in support of free or low cost outdoor recreation programs for people with disabilities, seniors, and veterans in 2019.  Though the COVID-19 pandemic means we can't gather in person to paddle down the Connecticut River this year, we will be together in spirit and community in the AOA Virtual Challenge.  Every participant will name a challenge meaningful to them, and we will work together to fundraise and to build awareness and support for adaptive recreation programs.
